What do you think we have been saying. Finally a comment that I can get behind. And it is basic common sense just like you say. Now let's get rid of the people without these qualities, pretty much everyone in upper management and board and we will have a much better chance of making it.

You want to disagree, Please state from their PAST experience, that would lead you to believe they have an iota of business acumen. Not the learn on the fly experience they have been getting for well over a decade. We have seen delay after delay in absolutely EVERYTHING they have touched themselves because of this type of learning curve. Everything!!!
