Jason was not ceo of the last shell. He worked under that shell umbrella. No announcements where made of partnerships while under the ap** shell. I strongly believe Jason went to a lawyer BEFORE exiting that shell.. I believe he left before if the crooks running it. I say this because he leftnwith His baby Classicdocs. My guess the scammers at AP** got a nice cease and assist letter and Jason was smart enough going into that holding the rights to classic docs.
