In the above statement... EXPECTS is key..

Didn't say it WOULD do it... just "expects" to.. so if it isn't done.. "hey, we didn't say we WOULD do it, just THOUGHT we would"... FUNNY STUFF.

Not to mention the "launch" word... can't tell you how many stinky pinkies have announced a "launch" and then nothing launched...
