Doug's employment agreement only gets extended till July 31, 2018 and a decrease in salary to 218,000. As of March 14th, 2018 they have deposits of 1,200,000.00 in the first qtr of 2018. Why did they not extend the employee agreement longer than 6 months? Something is going on with that. Maybe a sale of the company is in negotiation?
