NASDAQ in a year would be too soon.

I can't see any way they'd be able to pull this off in that amount of time without a big reverse split, which IMO would be a bad thing. With optimistic growth, I'd say 2 years is reasonable. This is also assuming that the next recession doesn't bother them.
