I am not worried about the Palm Beach acquisition as it will happen
in the 2nd quarter even if it is the last day of the quarter. What
interest me more is Atlanta and the other locations on when that might
happen and how are they going to proceed with the expansion be it with
company money, venture capitalize, franchise or some other way but
how and when? The faster the better as far as I am concerned. How many
locations would it take to do it internally before they are able to
purchase more for immediate cash from the profits of all other locations.
I am pulling for franchise as that should generate cash and fast growth.
Along with the franchise revenue and the 2 stores revenues then another
location could be paid for with cash. 50 franchise a year and add company
stores and in 5 years we could have at least a 1,000 stores as 250
franchise along with the company purchasing stores should average at
least 4 more company stores per every 50 franchise and internal growth.
Let me say if a franchise sold for a $100,000 and they sold 50 that
would be 5 million and they can buy quite a few locations with 5 million.
If the franchise can gross 20 million a year I am sure they would have
a heck of a return on their investment. This could lead to higher
franchise cost for the next years purchase of a franchise.

Doing it with venture capital would saddle the company with a lot of
debt and a lot slower expansion.
