Working on a very nice Zinfandel from the Central Coast of California, "Opolo Mountain Zinfandel."

Many wonderful 'Zin's' from that region...Further north, located in and around the Santa Lucia Mountain Range, "Fabulous Pinot Noir!"

But who knows, you might have "opened a bottle" of whiskey instead. If, so, I gave that up ages ago.
