Dr. Silkworth,

Since you demand it constantly of others, please substantiate the following quotations from your posts:

"...a company that is working hard for the shareholders." I see no evidence of it. Please prove without uncertainty that what you say is true.

"We have a winner with Bastrop." I don't think so; Titan hasn't even said so. Please prove without uncertainty that what you say is true.

"From the sites I've seen on the internet....[fracturing to increase gas flow] is the common practice now." No link? Please prove without uncertainty that what you say is true.

"those mm's keep us all over the place." That is just idle and unsustantiated conjecture. Buying and selling usually move stock prices. Please prove without uncertainty that what you say is true.

"[Titan's managers have] proven this by seeking and securing [emphasis added] JV's to carry the cost of the project." I am not aware of a single joint venture in existence currently, and I find no public records or press releases indicating any. This statement appears not unsubstantiated, but false. Please prove without uncertainty that what you say is true.

"brandon says some things are in the mix that haven't been revealed yet. he says they are moving forward with the pipeline at bastrop too." I'll give you a pass on proving that Brandon referred obliquely to inside information, but please prove without uncertainty that what Brandon said is true, since you repeated it in public. Define "moving forward" for us, while you're at it.

Remember, "you hold no credibility with your empty comments." Can you prove any of the above, or are they just "empty comments"?
