be bent over and checked...


And just because the T/A

added the 600 million shares

owned by Hudson and Grande

into the o/s count after

a new CEO takes over is

more like a tabloid headline...


No one at T/A bothered

with accuracy of o/s count

before that...


The bad smell isn't from

a quack...


It's coming from the same

source that posted a

control dispute...


It won't take a great

Attorney to remove the

smell and seek remedy but

it will take time...LJ
