That's what it looks like. I called the company multiple times and left messages. I emailed them and received the "we will respond to you within 48 hours" message. But never received a single response, nor an answer to any of my questions. Stockrocket claimed they called him back but he never relayed any details of such response. No one else has gotten a response that I'm aware of.

I sold my shares at .0004 for a loss when major dilution became apparent here. It was all evident on level 2. They stacked the bid to lure buyers on the ask, then rinse and repeat the step over and over. This rinse & repeat cycle started at .001 and looks to be ending its final rinse cycle when there will be no bid.

I originally thought VIZ might do something because they put up a new website, updated stock structure with an updated business model, along with increase volume/price. Now maybe they are working on something, but why all the dilution???

No filings whatsoever. No response from company official. They won't answer their phone. Just a $9 godaddy website and billions of shares dumped. Looks like a reverse split scam in the making.

Perhaps my opinion here is wrong, and Viz will do something, but all I seen was dilution... and in a very big way.
