Been following you for a while (I think) and respect your opionions/position but I have to point out that facts, whether negative or positive, are just that.

Also, isn't the "poison pill" just speculation? The company has neither confirmed nor denied to shareholders that they are a target of a buyout either friendly or hostile.

I have $50k+ invested currently and friends with double that so I for one appreciate the facts and believe the company is doing a great job all by itself in dropping the price through their own actions or lack thereof.

The above is just my opionion of course.
