This was my reply from E-Trade on Friday.


"After checking on the status of your restricted shares I have found that the Transfer Agent has received written release from the issuer to remove the restriction from the shares. However, the shares are still pending the restriction removal to be fully completed by the Transfer Agent. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information or a timeframe as to when this will be completed. We appreciate your patience in the matter".

So basically they have no idea. Super frustrating.
