In previous emails to Oral he said that the filings should be done by Sept, then it was Oct. then Nov and most recently Dec. I guess he must have meant 2018. In the last email I received on Dec. 8th he said TECO needed more money and if I wanted to help $25,000 was the minimum. Holy Cow does he ...
