Nah I don't have visibility to those buyers unless they take a 5%+ stake. That would have to be reported in a filing. The moment the pr drops for closing statements cvm jumps. Then it's 30 days til outcome. I mean I assume they'll announce closing statements. Unless they just surprise with verdict. Of course this stock is first a gamble on arb. Because it will move. Then p3. I like my timing. I missed all the reverse splits. So I'm not bitter.
