well hang on guys things are just getting deeper . Elliot you are overjoyed at this news but look at item 2.1b not even 1 full page into this news it says AOTS has no interest or anything tangible . how can you be excited about more scandal???It all looks good on paper ,but I will never trust randall with the shares not to mention no closeing date and place !!!! you guys are so hungry for info ,you think any info is good news . I see this as just more of the same .
As far as writing to the "board" that will be a waste of time as Randall has complete control of voting shares and one of the memebers were just charged in NYC ,with Randall for fraud in case 1:13 mc 00029(just settled mid year last year) . the best news we culd have is that Randall is not allowed to be involved with penny stocks or be involved in any way , then he would be forced to turn it over to someone who maybe will turn it around , but randall still got paid handsomely for his efforts and will continue till the SEC stops him . I suspect this is the first of many SEC charges coming his way!!
