A Memo from Asia Broadband Inc.
March 26, 2018
Asia Broadband Inc. (AABB) has undergone significant changes over the past
three years. The Company transitioned its business operations focus in 2015
from educational services to the mining sector. Prior to becoming the President
of Asia Broadband Inc., I spent many years procuring and developing business
relationships in Mexico, most of which are connected to the mining industry.
Through these channels, several excellent and unique opportunities presented
themselves to the Company to enter into the mining business. Subsequently,
Asia Broadband secured the rights to mineral concessions in the state of
Guerrero, Mexico, in 2015.
Many new developments have occurred in the last several years as Asia
Broadband has progressed with the execution of its mining focused business
plan. Recently, the Company re-subscribed to OTC Markets and updated our
new contact information and submitted the change in our business operations
description. Additionally, preparations are almost complete to post the annual
reports for past two years to qualify for Current Information status on the OTC
Markets. Subsequently, Asia Broadband will be announcing the details of all
significant corporate events going forward.
Respectfully,
James Gilbert
President & CEO
