IMHO, any direct link connecting TS to the "Consultant" sould be brought to light. I'm also curious to know if the "Consultant" may have contacted NeoMedia shareholders in an attempt to also pursuade them to sell. Something sure looks like its 'Screwy in St. Louie' here.
