Reason arb is so protracted is because it is a landmark case. holding a cro responsible for damages of this magnitude is going to set a major precedent. Regardless of outcome the P3 is paramount. Given P1 and P2 were good, and other companies like IOVA are pursuing this type of treatment I would imagine P3 will be a win. Arb is a nice to have. CVM can hobble along to finish line then partner with someone. If you are looking for exciting day to day moves go buy tech stock.
