I don't give any advice or anything like that, but I don't own any Aphria and I wouldn't buy it and there are major red flags so I don't even want to know....
this just interests me because I am invested in competition, I believe that management is everything, ability to obtain favorable financing terms is really important in this industry as it builds up....
it looks to me as if Aphria management made an unforced error, but it gets complicated because they and their associates might have made substantial financial gains at the expense of the general shareholder....so from their perspective it may have been the perfect move....anyways I am more interested in how it shapes the competitive landscape going forward.
Buying low, selling high is a tough way to make free money, this is easier.
