There are no names mentioned on the "calmair" website but a quick google produces a pyschologist named "JOHN CHRISTIAN COLLETTI" as the owner:

Now, as I recall, this device is supposed to be sophisticated and requires a licensed physician to diagnose and assay the pain complaint and assign appropriate therapy. I'm pretty sure neither a psychologist nor a RN qualify.
