No problem. There have been several days with high volume and a price drop following a PR which is typically dilution. In addition there have been after hours T-Trades on those days, also a sign of dilution. There are also lots of notes to convert that you can find in the filings.
If filings come out showing strong revenues, then this can still get a nice bounce. However, PO’s are not payment. I’ve seen other companies PR about getting a PO and they wind up never collecting the payment for various reasons.
