Fair enough... there are a lot of things going on that peeps do not know (myself included). An sub-penny OTC play trying to become a player is not easily done... they are a running the biggest scam on the OTC (and will face the consequences if they are) or they are making some pretty savvy moves behind the scenes that will come out eventually.
