This has gone from the absolutely done deal to the ridiculous.
Cadwell is an obvious impediment and past his time.
Korenko is an obvious federal servant and while trying his best cannot perform in a public arena. No panache nor ability to mobilize capital.

That being said:

-The product is sensational.

-The physics for this product, and the outside people around the deal are awesome.

Hopefully an outside group will make an offer to purchase the company as the current management and BOD are apparently completely ineffective with the stock down over 80% and the debt load continues to hinder the company.
