The stock is trading, as if they have struck out on the arbitration process.
I'm not saying that this is the case, but it is the perception (probably the likelihood?).
The company should issue a news release that the arbitration is still proceeding, and where they are in the process.
I'm not too concerned, since I don't have a significant position, but if I did, I wouldn't like being in a vacuum.
