I think 800 million of those issued were to Phoenix, so not much being issued into market for regular operations.

Once investors know for sure Phoenix is done dumping, they will move bid up, but until Phoenix is 100% done everyone knows the MM will move down to fill bids.

I think we are just in a wierd trading zone right now. The Ask is being artificially supported by Phoenix and the Bid is being stubbornly held by investors who know MM will come down to fill them with Phoenix dumping.

The MILLION DOLLAR question is when will the artificial Ask wall disappear and sellers become long who have no intention to sell until pennies at minimum.

When it goes I think we will see some super quick upwards movement.
