What exactly is suspicious about a CEO keeping trusted people around him through several companies over the years? Seems to me he has a trusted core group. Like many of the rest of us.

One question, why do you invest in a company that you clearly hate and claim or imply is completely fraud? You have been in UATG for at least half a year. You could have sold at anytime, Why not?
