I'm in agreement with you in that only a person of low character would defend this company's actions.
That being said, however, I don't believe that a company is corrupt or shady simply because shareholders' investments didn't pay-off; there's always a risk.
However, the risk involved in investing with delcath is not governed by your typical
caveat emptor.
There has been egregious abuse of shareholders here and needs to be investigated for known procedural errors at least.....
and for egregious findings of misrepresentation which are still being discovered and developing at worst.
