QCOM is one of the worst companies for doing the below. They talk up a good story of doing Buybacks, to increase Shareholder Equity, however, the main reason for the Buybacks is to offset all the Employee Stock Options that are given out.

"Proposal 4, regarding the approval of the amendment to the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan to increase the share reserve by 30,000,000 shares."

They need to get the NXP Merger ironed out fast, otherwise, we'll be stuck in the $48 - $50 range for a while.
