Take Wang’s preferred shares at 2500 common shares per...add in the current OS and presto...you have a share count to multiply any imagined stock price by.

Right now those preferreds of Wang remain hidden from view in the OS but in order to support the current share price the company has to be worthy of a $2-3 Billion market cap.

And it isn’t. The current share price is riding on air....and can probably fake it for a little while with the low float.

But that will change.

It always does.
