PB: question: There is talk among OTTV supporters that the A/S increase was necessary in order to facilitate a merger. Certainly seems plausible. Plus we don't know if they are restricetd shares or not, do we? Maybe we will get some earth-shaking news along with the PR on the increased A/S. I can hope.... God Bless
