If you own a company 100% and it's worth a million dollars but you have no cash to expand, perhaps someone will give you another 3 million. Now you only own 25% and this is what freaks people out. They forget that (provided the money is used wisely) the company is worth 4 million immediately and can build faster from there. You didn't lose anything.
Nutra could sit and spin it's wheels for another 20 years, or it could take advantage of timing and future growth. I think what they are doing is going to make a lot more money and have much more benefit to everyone, it's really a step forward.
