The following numbers are per 6/30/06 Quarterly report (released 9/13/06)
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=PYPR

O/S as of 12/31/05 = 7,629,010,600
O/S as of 6/30/06 = 5,629,010,600

On April 1,2006 the company sold Chex Card and My Bank Card and received, as part of the transaction, 2,000,000,000 shares of the companies previously issued stock, which is being held by the company. (note: As part of this transaction, certain notes payable and other assets were also retired)

This is step one of solving the math problems involved in figuring the O/S - I am looking for evidence that they retired the 2B shares - if not, then imo, the company holding them reduces the float but not the O/S - i.e. the 6/30/06 O/S number of 5,629,010,600 given in this report may well be disregarding the 2B shares "held" by the company -

Got other fish to fry tonight, but when I can, I wanna look into the IIS statement issued on 3/31/06 -

The numbers there are very interesting. As of 3/31/2006 the following numbers apply:
A/S = 10,000,000,000
O/S = 7,629,010,600
Public Float = 2,428,195,400
