$SKAS Should triple or more this week a brief run down on the company for anyone looking, but, go and READ the filings for yourself, always do that whenever putting your money in an investment.

Saker Aviation Services SKAS

Website https://sakeraviation.com/

A/S 100,000,000

O/S 31,978,149 as of January 30, 2018

Insider held shares 13,405,971

Float 18,572,178

And a large hunk of that float is fund held, if they haven't sold before they aren't now they are relatively locked up so to speak.

Assets $ 6,694,307 of which $ 2,095,728 in cash

Market cap $3,500,000??

And they have a revolving line of credit just renegotiated on better terms with a new bank as per March 21, 2018 8k. Their previous revolving line of credit was with PNC Bank and promissory note which had been in place since 2014 and closes out the Scranton Airport chapter which had been a nagging fly to Saker for 3 years, long expensive headache now over. I am sure we put a few lawyers’ kids through school for a few years. ?

This also sets in place the $$ for their next acquisition which should be forthcoming. The company had to focus more attention on this as their flying times in NYC chopper charter business had been severely curtailed.

The first acquisition being the Garden City airport October of 2016 which though it weighed heavily on 2017 Q1 results with attorney fees and changeover costs turned out to be the right move with Sakers revenue and earnings back firing on all cylinders to previous levels prior to the limited NYC airtime nonsense.

The revenue increase was due to added services and streamlining of services which included an increase in the aircraft fuel sales part of the business that is also by the way one of the most profitable parts of the business.

Saker operates the heliport in NYC and provides storage, services, fuel sales, tourist flights charter and it also gets rented out for TV and movie use the NYC helipad, one thing not mentioned in this link is the $$$ from usage of this heliport when it is used in filming which happens from time to time any TV/Movie wishing to have a scene with a chopper in NYC only has one place and that’s the helipad at the pier. Not a regular occurrence but a highly profitable one when this occurs.

How many times have you seen helicopters landing or taking off from the helipad in tv/movies and even if they are landing on a building in the scene if they are in NY they are using Saker and the helipad.

The company had voted for a stock split as they had an accelerated growth plan but luckily they decided to go the share buyback route instead thank goodness. They filed an 8K updating the buyback progress on January 30, 2018.

https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/12505193/content/html

Of the three funds mentioned that the shares were bought back from I found

ACM Value Opportunities Fund I, LP 3,000,000 shares

Heller Family Foundation 1,372,545 shares

Ronald I Heller IRA 550,000 shares

Other than that I cannot find other funds holding the stock. Them buying the shares back from funds rather than the open market is cool with me float is float and I do not care where it decreases from. You buy back shares you’re my new best friend smile

The company plans moving forward with continued expansion of their aircraft services business through acquisition of profitable companies in this arena through the use of its positive cash flow and working cash and working capital which as of last year’s 10K filing in March was $2,192,507 and $2.811, 079 respectively.

Now starts the normal climb for this thing this week then run on the earnings release last year it ran to .32 after the 10K release. Look at last year’s chart the week of the 10K Many thought they would lose money in 2018 but this had to be re-evaluated after the numbers in 2Q and definitely those in the 3Q and even more after the announcement of the share re-buy, less shares more earnings per share.

What shall it be this year, I know it will definitely not be what they were thinking, but the question is just how much higher will they be than the .01 they have thus far, damn good either way going from an expected loss to gains?

There is a large short position now on the stock with the overwhelming volume last week being shorts, well they have to cover plain and simple. The use this thing as their personal plaything.

Going to be a lovely week and year excited about the 10K and the 10Q 6 weeks after. I also look every morning to see if they got their next acquisition it’s kind of a morning ritual for me, I personally see this thing in the .50 ranges or better by December but that just my opinion and we all have them, but either way the company is making all the right moves. Besides a the market cap is ridiculous it’s supposedly worth half the cash and assets and a credit facility a share buyback and acquisitions coming seriously?

Stevie Wonder could see something is no Bueno with the share price. I have owned this stock for 2 1/2 years and bid on it when its beaten down by shorts I buy the shares they are selling smile and trade some of it on pops re-buying more shares with the difference as this is one of the long term holds of the few holds of OTC stocks I have in my portfolio. Peace out.
