Situation is now even better than before the gap-up due to ER results, where the going concern opinion has been mentioned.

Last but not least, Deerfield just loaded 3.24M shares on 3/23, current ownership is around 84%+.
The ownership percentage is not all correct, not based on 75M shares of course. But it is impressive.

Roughly 39.53M held by tutes, makes 53% of 75M fully diluted OS.
