From last word from company, they had acquired and created a new algorithm for the travel software industry. That was around the time the lawsuit popped up. They have just recently settled the lawsuit, unfortunately NOT IN PUGE favor.

They accused a couple note holders of collusion with converting shares whenever discussion of debt was brought up. Said some nasty things on paper and released it 2 public, were sued and settled not in PUGE favor . They have 2 pay 4 their mistakes I guess haha. So note/dilution wise, we need updated filings. I see at least just over 100k that must be converted but we have no idea if they paid it off outside of conversions. I see volume recently far outpaces avg vol but settlement said payments should have started like 5 months ago. Very interesting here, love 2 see info from company released.
