AT this point they have nothing to certify, they have no plane, no route, no nothing. They are attempting at getting a 121 certification from an existing carrier. They did have one old 747 now on the junk pile, talk of leasing a 767 from Kalitta air, a charter/cargo service but that fell through, then they tried to buy Songbird with their cert but that fell through. DOT pulled their route from them as well since it never was used except as subject matter for a press release. They do releases pretty well but the subject of the release has never been fulfilled however.
