IF Glance had any "amazing" technology, they would be bought out by a company like ApplePay or GooglePay or paypal. Glance has market cap of $60 million, peanuts, and they might even have a few million left in their accounts that has not already been taken by management.

Conclusion: Glance has no "amazing" anything.
