Spot on - I would ideally like $2.5M raised and get 3 playspaces opened and then another 3 slightly larger (with extra cash leftover) when the warrants get exercised ! Bring the total to 8 overall ! 141.6 add'l dilution but we get the extra store. Franchising must come into play as well


o/s at the end would be ~ 290M (not ideal but fair)
