I think you are correct. We will see how willing market is to buy shares after R/S knowing TOPS is now repopulating the float with their new shares of which their cost basis is 0.

It's only my opinion but I would watch for that .90 to 1.00 range. This will depend on what TOPS is will to sell new shares for and quantity.
