Welcome Richard. If you dig long enough you’ll see one broken promise after another.

As of now, officially Baltia isn’t doing anything other than pursuing a new deal but they won’t go into any more detail due to confidentiality and all that nonsense. But that’s only based on a shareholder letter dated 11/30/17. Not an 8k or even formal press release. This was the last update and the company has been silent ever since.

Since flying schedule air service with revenue passengers requires an FAA part 121 operating certificate AND a certified plane, they tried to purchase a part 121 carrier (Songbird) with a single, 30 year old 737-400 aircraft in dessert storage. That “plan” was intended to get them flying with revenue passengers for the first time in 29 years. Actually, for the first time EVER. That deal failed so we’re just watching the stock slowly plunge.

And before that earlier last year they were all set to lease a 767-300. That deal failed. And before that they owned a 747-200 that failed slide evacuation tests so...that bird never flew any passengers.

Enjoy the ride!
