Maybe precedence was too strong a word. More like set an example to the ptab and vacate their ruling on Bungie letting them know that they need to follow the rules. I thought I read a comment on here at one time someone stating that the ptab had never before shifted the burden of proof from the defendant to the plaintiff. They knew what they were doing was wrong. They do this for a living. Very fishy.
