CAFC is not a place for fact findings. They apply the laws to the existing facts and make appropriate interpretations and/or decrees. In this WDDD case, remanding back to the board for further discovery or fact finding is not necessary for many reasons other users and I had pointed out in other replies.

WDDD was harmed by both PTAB and Bungie, and I think remading would not be an appropriate or equitable remedy in this case.
