Its official! The tender offer for warrants at 50 cents closed at 2:00 PM Pacific time. So what was originally supposed to happen by late December has finally happened...albeit after 3 straight extensions. I'm curious as to how much $$$ they raised considering the 63 cents closing SP today. I exercised some of my .75 options and I know that Saltz did for his $1.35. So I know I did my small part in helping CYDY with a few bucks

Now management should be gearing up for some good PR that should garner interest around the time of the R/S. I hope they choose a higher factor for the reverse split because it would totally suck if they did a 1 for 10 at .65 and the $6.50 price sinks below the $5 threshold. Then what? Ouch

But we will soon be off the annoying OTC market and onto a REAL exchange with real analysts covering our little CYDY and giving it the exposure it needs and the institutional investors will be allowed to buy CYDY....hopefully all of this helps the SP.
