China which import most of their fuel and gas from other countries to handle their growing economy.Their Ethanol is import also. China doesn't have enough resources to produce their own ethanol gas. they rely heavy on import Ethanol. Dr James Chen has come up with a better corn seed product to be able to produce more corn to produce Ethanol gas which China refer to as E10 for Ethanol. Right now China can't afford to cut into it corn supply to product Ethanol to do so will shortage it feed supply for feeding livestock and shipping to other nations.

China lead bioscience in Agriculture energeer James Chen has found a solution and develop a new genetic corn seeds that will produce enough corn so China will be able to manufacture its own Ethanol(E10). by 2020. The Prime Minister had Mandate they be able to reach their goal by 2020. Now Origin is setting up a system which is approval by the Minister of Agriculture to create a system to handle large scale in rural ecommerce farm areas using a blockchain system to create by Elastos in keeping accuracy track of all seed, e commerce transparency.
