Medical MJ being legal will actually be terrible for products like this. The only reason MANY people don't use MJ now is because of the concerns over drug testing at work.
Legal MJ will allow them to obtain relief from their pain and the added benefit of the "chillen factor" for the mental stress that goes along with chronic pain. And, at this point, BIEI cannot afford to loose any customers.
If Legal MJ or Med. MJ spreads very far, it will be a death nail for this stock unless they can pull a rabbit out with their research work.
