Question:

Based on recent performance and expected benefit of CA market, is the $5M cash infusion each quarter enough for them to breakeven?

If it is, $40M at a 20% rate is approx. $50M. So assume they dilute, even if it falls to $1/sh, we’re only talking OS climbing by 50M shares, to around 120M. Outstanding warrants - not sure how many are coming due, lets say $20M. Still puts OS in the 140M range.

Assume it goes to $0.50, its still under 300M shares OS.

Silver lining?
