I have always thought that inside 1.1 - 1.3T annual expenditure that the amount of money in the SWEEP is tiny

I have always thought that inside GOV income accounting this money (from the SWEEP) is comingled 100% with other income

Yet - for those who thought BO used this money for ACA or DT would use this money for WALL

Then - with tariff introduced - in the .001% chance that SWEEP money is directable by president --- DJT now has a ton of cash

(hhmmm - tariff collections might also go to common fund ??)
