Our clinical hold has been for 10 days already. The ptrevious hold was for over two months although it was not related to AXAL. We don't know how long this hold is going to be, and we hope it would not impact our CTs in any way.
For other companies the clinical holds (CH) range form few days to few months. Here is a brief history of clinical holds:
1) Cellectis: CH on AML and BPDCN, from 09/04/17 to 11/06/17, just over two months;
2) Aduro: partial CH on LaDD, 10/24/16 - 11/21/16, about 1 month;
3) Juno: CH on JCAR015, 07/07/16-07/13/16, lasted less than a week, but Juno was slapped with another CH on 11/23/16 which lasted much longer.

For some who say we go up after the CH is lifted, think again: That trial has not future with AZN, thus it will have no real impact on PPS. We will be stuck at around $2 until we get either a deal or data.
