Which raises a question...how about changing the term of pres to 6yrs ONLY - no re-election possible. Also change the term of Senators to 1 term ONLY - no re-election after that, and change Congressmen to 3 2yr terms ONLY - no re-election after that.
Of course, all of these "retired" pols would probably walk over to K Street and continue to make a very good living - which is what many are doing now.
