wisdom, welcome to the board. ARCA is one of the brokerages who trade this and all other stocks. Some trade in a few stocks, some in many. Outfits like TD Ameritrade, and ScotTrade use these companies to do the actual trades. We suspect that ARCA is the company that sells shares for Golden Gate Investors from whom we obtain money from and give shares. So, ARCA selling is taken as a bad sign for fear we have borrowed more and GGI is cashing in the shares.
